This site is Floor WorX. The Tennessee license behind the work is GC #81407, held by Jeff L Livingston & Co LLC. That name appears on contracts because the state requires it. It is not the brand.

Pricing

Figures on /pricing are ranges for typical Nashville-area garage slabs after an on-site look. They are not a bid. Concrete condition, moisture, existing coating, access, and system choice change the number. Commercial work is quoted per project.

Time on site

"1–2 day install" is typical for a ready residential garage. It is not a promise for every slab or any commercial floor.

Guarantee

Homepage "100% guaranteed" is a service standard, not an open warranty. Materials and workmanship are separate. The signed authorization and the warranty section in our Terms control.

Photos and results

Gallery images are real jobs or representative finishes. Metallic and flake floors vary. Lighting and cameras lie. Your floor will not be a pixel copy of a photo.

Partner language

"Preferred flooring partner" and Nashville HBA / Developer of the Year references describe a working relationship with a custom-home builder. They are not an endorsement by the Nashville Home Builders Association of this website, and they are not a performance guarantee for your property.

"NSF," kitchens, medical, gyms

Those lines describe coating types (seamless, non-slip additive, chemical resistant, easy to clean). They are not a certification that Floor WorX or a finished floor is NSF-listed, sterile, or approved by a health department. If a facility needs a specified certified system, it goes in the signed scope.
