These terms cover this website and how Floor WorX ("we," "us") handles estimates, bookings, and installation work in Middle Tennessee.
Floor WorX is operated by Jeff L Livingston & Co LLC, Tennessee GC #81407. Tennessee requires the license holder's legal name on the contract. Estimates, invoices, and work authorizations will show that name. The brand on the site and on the truck is Floor WorX.

1. The website
This site is an advertisement for floor coating services. It is not an offer to perform work at the published price ranges.
You may use the site if you are 18 or older and able to enter a contract. Do not misuse the site, scrape it, or attempt to break it.
All site content, marks, and photos (except photos you upload) belong to Floor WorX or our licensors. You may not copy the site for commercial use.
2. Estimates are not a contract
A website quote request, a phone call, an on-site visit, and a verbal number are not a contract.
A job starts only when both of these exist:
- A written estimate or work authorization that names the licensed contractor, the system, the price, and the scope, and
- Your written acceptance (signature or the acceptance method stated on that document).
Published ranges on /pricing are starting points. Final price depends on slab condition, moisture, existing coatings, access, square footage, and the system you choose. Add-ons listed on the pricing page are billed if the slab needs them. We tell you before we do that work.
3. What we do
We install epoxy, polyaspartic, polyurea, metallic, decorative aggregate, and related concrete coating systems for residential and commercial spaces in Nashville and Middle Tennessee.
We do not practice architecture, engineering, or environmental consulting. Moisture tests and slab comments are for coating purposes only. They are not a structural or waterproofing inspection of the building.
Restaurant, gym, and medical language on this site describes system categories (seamless, non-slip additive, chemical resistant, easy to sanitize). It is not an NSF, FDA, or healthcare-facility certification of Floor WorX or of a finished floor. If a job requires a named certified system, that requirement must be in the signed scope.
4. Your property and access
You confirm you have authority to approve work on the property.
You give us access to the work area at the agreed time, with vehicles, storage, and other obstacles moved as we specify. If we cannot work because the site is not ready, we may charge a trip fee or reschedule.
You are responsible for items left in the work area. Coatings involve grinding, dust, odor, and cure time. You keep people, pets, and vehicles off the floor until we say it is ready.
5. Photos
Photos you upload or send are used to quote the job.
Unless you opt out, we may also use those photos and photos we take on site on this website and in Floor WorX marketing. We will not publish your name, street address, or identifiable faces without a separate written OK.

You represent that you have the right to send us the photos.
6. Texts and calls
If you submit a form with a mobile number, we may text and call you about that request through GoHighLevel / Twilio. Marketing texts require a separate opt-in. Reply STOP to leave a text program. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
7. Scheduling and the "1–2 day" claim
Residential install time is typical for a standard garage slab that is ready. It is not a guarantee for every job. Commercial work, moisture mitigation, heavy repair, weather, and access change the calendar. Dates on an authorization are estimates unless the document says otherwise.
8. Payment
Payment terms are on the signed authorization. Typical structure (unless that document says otherwise): deposit to schedule, balance due on completion as defined in the authorization.
Published prices do not include tax unless stated. We do not take payment cards on this website.
9. Warranty, materials and workmanship are separate
Materials and workmanship are separate. The signed work authorization controls the term and details. Homepage "100% guaranteed" is not an open-ended warranty.
Workmanship. We warrant that our prep and installation will meet the scope in the signed authorization. If our work is defective, we repair or recoat the affected area at our cost. This does not cover misuse, hot tires on a system not specified for that, standing water, moisture vapor from the slab, movement or cracking of the concrete after we leave, impacts, chemicals the system was not specified to resist, or another contractor grinding or coating over our work.
Materials. Resin, flakes, and aggregate carry the manufacturer's warranty only, if any. We pass through what the manufacturer provides. We do not expand it. Color, flake blend, and metallic movement vary by batch and slab. Samples and photos are representative, not a match guarantee.
"100% satisfaction" means we make the install match the signed scope. It does not mean a redo because a customer prefers a different color after cure.
Warranty is available only if the invoice is paid and you give us notice at info@floor-worx.net, with photos and a chance to inspect.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent Tennessee law allows: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (lost use of a garage, lost business, delay, aesthetic preference after cure); our total liability for a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job; claims related to a job must be brought within one year after the work is completed, unless a shorter or longer period is required by law.
Tennessee's consumer-protection and implied-warranty rules that cannot be waived still apply.
11. Website disclaimer
Site content is general information. It can be wrong or out of date. We are not liable for decisions you make from the website alone. See also the Disclaimer.
The site is provided "as is." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Indemnity
If you use the site or our services in a way that causes a third-party claim (including photos you did not have the right to send), you will defend and pay the claim and our reasonable costs.
13. Law and venue
Tennessee law governs. Exclusive venue is the state courts in Davidson County, Tennessee, unless a statute requires otherwise for a consumer.
14. Changes
We may update these terms on this page. The dated version applies to website use from that date. A signed work authorization is not changed by a later website update.
