Floor WorX ("we," "us") is an epoxy and polyaspartic floor coating contractor serving Nashville and Middle Tennessee. This policy covers floor-worx.net, our quote and contact forms, booking tools, calls, and texts.

Floor WorX is operated by Jeff L Livingston & Co LLC, which holds Tennessee contractor license #81407. That is the legal entity responsible for this site. You will not see that name on the rest of the site except where the license requires it.

1. Information we collect

You give us

• Name, phone, email, city or neighborhood
• Project details (type of space, size, slab condition, timeline, notes)
• Photos and videos of the property that you upload or send
• Booking details for phone or on-site assessments
• SMS and marketing consent choices
• Messages about existing jobs, warranty, or service

We collect automatically

• Device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location from IP, date and time
• Cookies and similar storage needed to run the site and the booking widget (see Cookie Policy)

We do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers, payment card numbers on this website, or precise GPS. We do not sell flooring online through this site. If we later take cards on the site, this policy will name the processor.

2. How we use it

• Respond to quotes, contacts, and bookings
• Inspect photos to price and spec a system
• Schedule on-site assessments and jobs
• Text or call you about a request you submitted
• Send marketing texts or emails only if you opted in
• Show project photos on this site and in our marketing unless you opt out (see §6)
• Run and secure the website
• Keep records required for a licensed contractor (estimates, contracts, warranty, insurance)
• Comply with law and carrier messaging rules

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with vendors that help us operate, and only as needed:

GoHighLevel's booking widget loads from go.floor-worx.net. That vendor processes the booking fields you enter there.

We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the company, our crew, or others.

4. Texts (SMS)

Quote, contact, and related messages may be sent by Floor WorX through GoHighLevel, which uses Twilio to deliver texts.

• Job / quote texts. If you ask for a quote or book a visit and provide a mobile number, we use that number to follow up on that request (questions about the space, scheduling, the estimate).
• Marketing texts. Promotions and special offers go out only if you check the separate marketing box. That box is never required to submit a form.
• Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out of that program. Reply HELP for help. You can also email info@floor-worx.net or call 629-302-2304.
• Opting out of marketing texts does not opt you out of texts that are necessary to complete a job you already booked, unless you tell us to use another channel.

Consent language on our forms, including links to this policy and our Terms, is the record of consent. We keep that record in GoHighLevel.

5. Email and phone

We use the email and phone you give us to answer you. We do not add you to a promotional email list unless you ask or opt in. You can opt out of promotional email by using the unsubscribe link or emailing us.

6. Project photos

If you upload or send photos of a property, we use them to quote and perform the job.

Unless you opt out, we may also use those photos, and photos we take on site, on floor-worx.net, social accounts, and other Floor WorX marketing. We will not use your name, street address, or identifiable faces without a separate written OK.

Opt out: check the photo opt-out box on the quote form, or email info@floor-worx.net with "do not use my photos." Opt-out does not require us to pull photos already published, but we will not use that job in new marketing and we will remove a specific published image on request when we reasonably can.

7. How long we keep it

• Lead records: while we are talking to you, then as long as needed for follow-up and legal retention
• Contracts, job files, invoices, warranty claims: at least as long as the warranty can be claimed, and longer if law or insurance requires it
• Photo files: with the job file; marketing selects kept while used
• SMS consent logs: for the period carriers and regulators expect
• Server logs: a short period unless needed for security

8. Your choices

Email info@floor-worx.net to:

• Get a copy of the information we have about you
• Correct it
• Ask us to delete it (we may keep what the law, warranty, or accounting requires)
• Opt out of marketing
• Opt out of photo use in marketing

Tennessee residents and residents of other U.S. states with privacy statutes can use the same email for those requests. We will verify the request and respond within the time the applicable statute requires. We do not sell personal information, so a "do not sell" request is already how we operate.

This site is aimed at people in Tennessee arranging floor coating work. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Security and transfers

Vendors listed above may process data in the United States. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures. No website or CRM is perfectly secure.

10. Changes

We will post updates on this page and change the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
